Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Fly2Net is a content intelligence platform. This policy says what we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain language, because a privacy policy you can't read isn't one.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address. We use passwordless sign-in, so we never collect or store a password.
- Business data you provide. Your website URL, company name, services, locations, competitors, tone preferences, and conversion goals — the inputs Fly2Net needs to do its job.
- Crawled content. When you connect a website, we read its public pages: titles, headings, links, and structured data. We crawl only what any visitor could see.
- Integration credentials. Tokens for services you connect (WordPress, Google Search Console). They are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and never sent to your browser.
- Subscriber lists. Email addresses you import for newsletters. They are yours; we never use them for anything else.
- Usage and performance data. Search metrics from Google Search Console and answer-engine results for questions you monitor.
What we do with it
We use your data to run the product: map your topics, find your gaps, generate and score content, publish it where you tell us to, and measure how it performs. That's the whole list. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Service providers
Fly2Net runs on vetted infrastructure and services that process data on our behalf: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing (card details go to our PCI-compliant payment processor directly and never touch our servers), and AI providers that handle content-generation and answer-engine requests. Each processes only what its function requires. A current list of subprocessors is available on request via info@fly2net.com.
Cookies
We set the cookies required to keep you signed in and to secure sign-in flows. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your organization's data — websites, content, subscribers, credentials, and metrics. Email info@fly2net.com to request deletion or a copy of your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll honor them without making you work for it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
