Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of Fly2Net. Creating an account means you accept them. They're short on purpose; read them.

The service

Fly2Net crawls websites you authorize, maps their content, recommends and generates articles, publishes to platforms you connect, and tracks search and AI-answer visibility. Features vary by plan and may change as the product improves.

Your account

You must provide a working email address and keep it working — it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you invite to your organization.

Acceptable use

  • Only connect websites you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Only import subscribers who agreed to hear from you.
  • No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no attempts to breach or overload the service.
  • No reselling of the service outside a plan that permits it.

Your content and AI-generated content

Your data stays yours. Content Fly2Net generates for you is yours to use, edit, and publish. AI-generated drafts can contain errors — that's why the product scores and screens them — and you are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it. Fly2Net is an editor and an engine, not a substitute for your judgment.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly through our payment processor and renew automatically until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable — see the Refund Policy.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your subscription ends and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We don't warrant uninterrupted operation, or that any article will rank, get cited, or convert — nobody honest can promise that. Search engines and answer engines change without asking us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fly2Net's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
